1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Signalix ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use this Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Signalix platform for your business operations. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Signalix provides a comprehensive security management platform that enables organizations to:

• Manage security personnel and operations
• Track guard locations and activities in real-time
• Schedule shifts and manage timesheets
• Report and track security incidents
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.

7. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Innovisiontek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Innovisiontek, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
